YouthMin.org was founded in January 2012 by Ben and Josh Read. Every week thousands of youth pastors and volunteers visit YouthMin.org and our Facebook group to connect with other everyday youth pastors. We love youth ministry and the minister.

Encourage new ways of training youth pastors while honoring our strong foundation. Partner with others to be more intentional, teach deeper theology, and expose youth pastors to solid mentorship.

Provide accountability and talk about real issues. Youth Ministry shouldn’t strain your marriage it should compliment your partnership.
